    1. Scope

    This policy covers paid services provided by Carlton Enterprises Inc and payments processed on behalf of our operating entities (e.g., consulting retainers, one-time advisory, management fees, and related service charges).

    2. Refunds

    • 2.1Consulting — prepaid hours/retainers: Unused prepaid time refundable within 14 days of purchase upon written request. Time already delivered is not refundable.

    • 2.2One-time advisory or packaged services: Refundable within 7 days of purchase if no work has begun. Once work starts or deliverables are provided, fees are non-refundable.

    • 2.3Management fees, rent, and pass-through charges: Not refundable once applied, except for billing error (report within 15 days).

    • 2.4Digital deliverables: Non-refundable once delivered.

    3. Cancellations

    • 3.1Ongoing services: Cancel anytime with 30-day notice. Services already rendered will be billed through the effective cancellation date.

    • 3.2Scheduled sessions/meetings: Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiture or a fee.

    4. Requests & Processing

    Email info@carltonenterprisesinc.com with your name, organization (if any), purchase date, and receipt/transaction ID. We respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds go to the original method within 5–10 business days.

    5. Billing Errors & Chargebacks

    Contact us first at info@carltonenterprisesinc.com for fastest resolution. Chargebacks before contacting us may delay outcomes.

    We may update this policy periodically; the latest version and effective date will be posted here.

    Prices are shown at checkout or in your agreement. You authorize us and Stripe to charge your method. For recurring services, billing repeats until canceled per the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

    5. Scheduling & Access

    You will provide timely info and access required to perform services. Delays may shift timelines.

    6. Intellectual Property

    You retain rights in your pre-existing materials; we retain rights in ours. Upon full payment, you get a non-exclusive license to use deliverables for internal business purposes.

    7. Confidentiality

    Each party protects the other’s confidential information, except where info is public, independently developed, or lawfully received without duty.

    8. Acceptable Use

    No misuse of the site/services, including security breaches, reverse engineering, or infringement.

    9. Disclaimers

    Services are provided on a professional, commercially reasonable basis. Except as required by law, we disclaim implied warranties.

    10. Limitation of Liability

    Total liability is limited to amounts paid for the applicable service in the prior 12 months. No indirect or consequential damages.

    11. Indemnification
